Returning an Item
In order to return your purchase, please email email@example.com quoting your order reference, with a brief note to confirm what is being returned, along with any issues or reasons for returning the item(s).
You have 30 days following receiving your goods to decide if you want to return part or all of your order. In the event 30 days passes before you decide to return your purchase, then unfortunately we will not be able to refund you, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect which is covered for up to six months.
Once received, we will confirm the goods are still in unused condition and saleable, before confirming by email the appropriate action taken. In the event the returned items are used, unsaleable or damaged in any way (besides a manufacturer’s defect), then we reserve the right to return the item to you and withhold refunding, or offer a partial refund.
All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, although please do allow ten days for funds to arrive back via your method of purchase. Alternatively, depending on your reason for returning, we can also offer an exchange of your product, with postage costs payable by the purchaser.
How to Return an Item
In the event you aren’t satisfied by your purchase, as noted please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference, item(s) to be returned and reason for returning (if any). Please then send your item to the following address (purchaser to pay for the postage):

It should be noted that Northern will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit to us, from you, so we would recommend the use of postal insurance to the value of the item, along with tracked and signed for delivery.
Refunds will be provided for the returned item(s) only, not the original or subsequent cost of postage, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect or the item(s) were cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.
Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and funds should be returned to your method of purchase within ten days from receipt at the Northern returns address. In the event your refund has been processed but isn’t yet showing, please get in touch at email@example.com.
